What is The Flat Tummy course

Equipment: Fitness mat Elastic band (120-200cm) Soft Pilates ball (25cm diameter) Yoga blocks (can be replaced with books) Almost all workouts do not require special equipment. For convenience, some exercises may require a pillow or towel.
