About me
I’m not a fitness influencer. I am an expert in working with women, postpartum women, and people with multiple sclerosis.
10+ years as a professional athlete ( 6 years in the national team of the country ) . A degree in Physical Culture and Sport, as well as nutrition. I have been working offline with girls from 16 to 60 years old for 4 years, thanks to which I have created my own approach to training and nutrition
